We all have them from time to time questions in mind when we stop and think Am I getting too old too quickly? Like a question that many of us have asked over the years.
Am I getting too old too quickly?

Well, there goes a saying: You never as old as how you feel,
Some people stay young but only because they feel young and old because you feel old
Older people tend to be more mature
..should older people start to behave like kids again??

No.
The most important thing is to stay who you are and do what you like.
It’s not rocket science that people are happier if they do what they like.
So go on whether it’s writing or sports activity. just enjoy your self cause every minute your life gets shorter and that is why I write this blog-post. Also, we are humans and not robots. We need break’s sometimes also.

Let’s go back in time for a minute. Picture yourself a dozen years ago when you were a kid. You may not remember it but as a kid, you used to laugh hundreds of times a day: laughing for anything, laughing at someone, laughing to tears. Unfortunately, as adults, life becomes more serious and laughter is less likely to be present. Now, if you ever want to find a natural and innate way to relax your mind, body, and soul, laughing is simply the best.

Did you know? Apparently laughing is good for your body and mind
It completely and other-ly relaxes the whole body and leaves your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after you laugh. Also, a study published by the International Journal of Obesity provided increase heart rate and also increase the speed of burning fat.

But what if you don’t like laughing? Learn it!
No matter have you started you get the same positive’s from it. Why not try to think about something funny something that made you laugh before, movie, book article, anything(even dare I say, memes, if that is what makes you laugh).

Another problem is when you having sleeping difficulties.
There are some misconceptions about sleeping
like not having enough rest and other things to keep the body refreshed and feel young.

Does alcohol make you sleep better?
NO. You must keep in mind that alcohol may help you temporarily forget your daily problems and fall asleep quickly, but you will see the other side of the coin with snoring, insomnia, and a rough night a few hours later.

Also, should you sleep at day so you better sleep at night?
NO.
